1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing he7777.app or by registering an account on the he7777 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the he7777 platform from time to time.

1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the he7777 platform and close your account. Continued use of he7777 following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the he7777 platform regardless of their location, device, or method of access, including mobile browser access via JazzCash-linked devices or desktop access.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to register or use the he7777 platform in any capacity. he7777 maintains a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. he7777 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation at any time. If you are found to be under 18, your account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned to the payment method used, subject to verification.

2.2 Legal Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before accessing he7777. he7777 does not constitute legal advice on the permissibility of online gaming in any jurisdiction, including Pakistan. By registering, you represent and warrant that your use of the he7777 platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

2.3 Excluded Persons. he7777 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons who are: (a) under 18 years of age; (b) self-excluded from gambling services; (c) residing in jurisdictions where the he7777 service is explicitly prohibited; or (d) employees, contractors, directors or close family members of he7777 or its affiliates.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may maintain only one (1) registered account on the he7777 platform. Creating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, email addresses or payment methods – constitutes a material breach of these Terms. he7777 will suspend all associated accounts and may permanently forfeit balances held across duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number and valid email address. he7777 may require documentation to verify the accuracy of this information at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

3.3 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your he7777 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. he7777 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. Notify he7777 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3.4 KYC Verification. he7777 may implement Know Your Customer ("KYC") procedures at its discretion. You agree to submit identity documents, proof of address or proof of payment method when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or withdrawal restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. he7777 accepts PKR deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as displayed in the he7777 Cashier at the time of transaction.

4.2 Currency. All he7777 account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate applied by he7777 at the time of deposit. he7777 does not guarantee a fixed conversion rate.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method in your own name that has previously been used to fund your he7777 account, subject to KYC verification. he7777 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

4.4 Processing Times. Withdrawal processing times are estimates only: JazzCash/Easypaisa typically 5–25 minutes; bank transfer 1–24 hours; USDT TRC20 10–60 minutes. Actual processing times may vary due to network conditions, public holidays and KYC status. he7777 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.5 Transaction Limits. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply as displayed in the he7777 Cashier. he7777 may adjust limits at its discretion and without prior notice to the User.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 All bets and wagers placed on the he7777 platform are subject to the specific product rules published within each game or betting market, which supplement these Terms. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to the outcome of a specific bet or game round.

5.2 Finality of Results. Subject to manifest error, the results of all games and sporting events as determined by he7777 are final and binding. he7777 reserves the right to void bets or reverse results where a manifest error in odds, game outcome or bet acceptance has occurred.

5.3 Insufficient Funds. Bets will not be accepted if the amount of the proposed bet exceeds your available PKR balance. It is your responsibility to maintain adequate balance before placing wagers.

5.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a game round or bet settlement, he7777 will apply its standard technical failure policy as published in the platform help centre. Where a game round cannot be completed or verified, the stake will generally be returned to the user's balance.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonus offers and promotions made available through he7777 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time the promotion is offered. You must read and accept all promotion-specific terms before opting in to any offer.

6.2 he7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotional offers – including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using prohibited betting patterns or colluding with other users – will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6.3 Bonus funds and free spins credited to your he7777 account have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the he7777 platform:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading or inaccurate registration information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or other artificial means to interact with he7777 games or betting markets;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, arbitrage exploitation or other activity that constitutes cheating or unfair advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, disrupt or damage the he7777 platform or its infrastructure;
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your he7777 account;

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the he7777 platform – including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, trademarks, game assets and promotional materials – is the proprietary property of he7777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the he7777 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any he7777 content.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, he7777 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data or loss of access to your account.

9.2 he7777's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User to their he7777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 he7777 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of malicious software. You access and use the he7777 platform entirely at your own risk.

10. Privacy & Data

he7777 collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering at he7777 you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. he7777 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC providers and regulatory authorities where legally required.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 he7777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. All Pakistani users are encouraged to set deposit limits, loss limits and session time reminders from their account dashboard before commencing play.

11.2 Self-Exclusion. Any User may request voluntary self-exclusion from he7777 for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. 13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the he7777 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by he7777's place of incorporation, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
